Our ordering process is simple, and we provide flexible delivery options to suit your needs. From 24-hour courier service for smaller orders to palletized delivery for larger shipments, we ensure your products arrive quickly and reliably. For added convenience, you can also choose local collection from our showroom. Explore the options below to find the best fit for your order.

Please Note: Rarely, due to unforeseen circumstances, there may be slight delays. Ordering before 2pm will be despatched the same day (Mon to Fri). If you require Sat or before noon, contact us and for a small additional charge we’ll make the arrangements.
If you provide your mobile number, we’ll send messages telling you when your heater is out for delivery, giving you the option to change delivery day and finally giving a 1 hour delivery window. Alternatively provide your email to receive the information.
We use a reputable, tried and tested national network of delivery companies who provide a polite, helpful service. Our standard pallet service is 48 hours (Monday to Friday) however if you need next day or timed delivery let us know and we can provide a cost.
If for any reason you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the driver will try to leave your heater with a neighbour. If your parcel is left with a neighbour or taken back to the depot, the driver will place a card through you door explaining what to do.
For your convenience we can deliver to your home, designated neighbour or your work address; however we cannot leave your heater without a signature.
